Refund policy

We accept full priced items that were not quite right for you in exchange for STORE CREDIT.

Full price items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card issued by West Finley. Shipping costs are NOT included for store credit.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AS A SALE ITEM, OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE THUS DISCOUNTING THE REGULAR PRICE ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

In-store purchases requiring a return must be made in-store within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 days window has passed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Online Orders
The return item must be requested to be returned within 21 days of the order date of your online order. Once the 21 days window has passed, the item is no longer eligible for return. All return requests must have return approval via email confirmation prior to the customer shipping the item back in order to be accepted by West Finley personnel. All packages sent back as a return without a return approval email will be marked 'return to sender' and we will not be responsible for the package. Any returns sent COD (Collect on Delivery) to West Finley will be returned to the sender.

All items must be unwashed, unworn and have original tags. 

Exclusions
JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, HATS, BATH PRODUCTS AND/OR PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS ARE ALL FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Defective Merchandise 
Please email westfinley5@gmail.com to report damage or defective items within 2 DAYS of receipt. Please state in your email subject heading 'Defective Merchandise'.
